Hello, if no one has told you yet, from time-to-time the landlord will give people things that occasionally come with some sort of repercussions -- it will change how you act or appear, grant a wish, make something worse... so forth. Sometimes not giving (or ingesting or using or so on, I hope you get the gist) is worse than what may happen if you do.
I apologize if any ill befalls you after the reception of this cookie and I will do my best to make it up to you if that is what happens.
